Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per design/colorway for cotton canvas bags, and it can vary slightly for leather or heavily customized PU items. We're happy to discuss a mixed-SKU order to help you meet MOQ across a small product range.
Most samples are ready in 7–10 working days once artwork, materials and sizing are confirmed. Complex hardware or leather tanning requests may take slightly longer, and we'll flag this at quoting stage.
Both. We regularly develop bags from a customer sketch, tech pack or reference sample, and we can also modify an existing catalog style with your materials, sizing, branding and hardware.
Cotton canvas, mini cotton fabric, recycled/organic cotton, genuine leather, and eco-friendly PU leather, in a range of weights and finishes. Let us know your target price point and we'll recommend a suitable material.
Yes — private label, OEM (your design, our production) and ODM (our design, your brand) are all available, including custom labels, hangtags, hardware stamping and packaging.
Bulk production typically runs 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order volume and material availability. We confirm an exact date in writing before production starts.
We run in-line QC at cutting, stitching and finishing stages, plus a final random inspection before packing. Third-party inspection (AQL) can also be arranged at the buyer's request.
We ship EXW, FOB or CIF via sea, air or express courier, and support T/T deposit with balance before shipment. We can also work with your freight forwarder if you already have one.
